How to Replace Expenses with Income

This is an exercise in thinking outside the box.

I worked with a Multi Millionaire many moons ago and one of the services we provided was to save businesses from having to file bankruptcy. The entire plan revolved around replacing expenses with income streams that equaled or exceeded the expense.

This system was used for business models, however, much of the basic information can be applied and used for personally replacing home expenses with income.

Each person reading this will have to start by making a list of expenses. That list should include what I call “necessary expenses” like food, rent, water, utilities, gas to drive to work, etc.

If you have a business offline or online you will want to make a list of “business expenses” as well. Rent, Utilities, ISP, Autoresponder, Hosting, Domain Names, Advertising, etc.

Then you will need to make a separate list of what I call “luxury expenses”. Yeah, that Pizza on a
Saturday night is a luxury – so be honest with yourself when making these 2 lists. Things on this list will include meals out, snacks, smokes, hobbies, entertainment, travel, and the like.

Once you have your lists you will want to break each item down into daily expenses. Why?

Breaking down your expenses into daily amounts will allow you to realize your goals much quicker because you won’t be overwhelmed with a really big number and quit before you get started.

From this list you can develop your own personal private blueprint and money map.

You will know exactly how much money you need to earn each day in order to not only pay your necessary expenses and business expenses but you also have some idea where you stand on
“luxury expenses”.

Ok …. now let’s get started with replacing some of those necessary expenses. Some of you will not be able to get to this point immediately but if you follow this guide, you will learn how to
replace nearly every expense you have.

Here are some examples:

** You can replace your rent expense by buying a Trailer Park, Apartment Complex, and/or Investing in Real Estate. For example if you buy an apartment complex you could live in one of the units while you rent the others – virtually making your apartment “rent free”.

** You can replace things like Vitamin expense with an opportunity where you can earn enough to pay for the vitamins you consume yourself.

** You can replace car rental, lease, purchase expenses by driving a vehicle with an advertisement on it that pays you for exposure of that ad.

** As a gardener, now and then I sell a few of my exotic plants to buy new plants.

** Everyday consumable products like toothpaste, shampoo, makeup, laundry detergent, and other household goods can be replace with products that you get paid to buy plus go a long way
to saving the planet by going green., etc. Register here for more details.

** You can replace clothing expenses by using a consignment shop. They sell your old suits and career wear to buy new ones. Same goes for things like fine accessories.

In an office environment:

** You can offset the cost of a copy machine by selling copies.

** You can setup a snack tray or snack – beverage machine to offset the costs of leasing a water cooler and buying water.

Online …..

** You can purchase advertising that pays you back or at least gives you the opportunity to earn extra money for referring new members. There are many Affiliate Programs that are no cost to join – yet when you refer a member who decides to upgrade – you will earn – and in some cases – you could be earning residual income.

** Online you really must keep purchasing new training material to keep up with all the new technology. Leaving a testimonial for the products you purchase will often give you “front page” exposure of your testimonial and link – where you could be gaining new clients and new sales just because of the exposure that testimonial brings …. translated means “you could actually earn back the amount of money you paid for the product” or more!
The possibilities are endless ….

Think outside the box and save lots of money while earning.
